Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum age?
Virtual Reality is suitable for all ages. However, we do apply a minimum age of 10 years, and a different age limit may apply to certain experiences.
Is parental supervision required?
Yes, we require the presence of an adult for children under the age of 18. Our VR Team is there to assist the kids during their VR experience whenever needed. This allows you to follow the game on screens from our comfortable lounge right next to the VR room, while enjoying a delicious snack or drink.
Am I allowed to bring my own birthday cake?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring your own cake and enjoy it in our café. Please always inform our customer service in advance, so we can take this into account for our scheduling.
What can I expect from my visit to Enversed?
A fantastic time! Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by one of our team members, who will guide you to our atmospheric VR Rooms or VR Arena. Depending on the activity or size of your group, you will play in one or multiple VR Rooms or in the VR Arena. Each VR area is equipped with the latest VR technology, a comfortable lounge sofa to take a break between games, and multiple TV screens so you can watch along with the players in VR.
Before you begin, you will receive clear instructions from one of our team members. They will also be right there during the experience to help out whenever needed. Additionally, you can enjoy a snack and a drink while playing.
Can we eat or drink during our VR activity?
Absolutely. We offer a wide selection of drinks and treats. You can order these directly at our location or purchase them in advance. For the Kids Adventure, we advise having your snacks and drinks either before or after the activity. During this experience, the children are constantly in VR, so it is not ideal to take off the headset in between for a snack or drink.
