Isn’t it too busy to hold a meeting in a VR Center?
The meeting room is located on the opposite side of our VR Rooms, so it is not completely soundproof. If complete silence is required, it is possible to book during the mornings before the VR Center opens.
Yes, it is possible to book the meeting room outside of the VR Center's opening hours. Please contact our customer service team via email or phone, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the booking!

How about parking?
There are several (paid) parking options nearby. Please refer to this page. We also offer day passes (on request). Free parking is available about a 7-minute walk away on the road along the train tracks (Eindhoven Strijp-S) at “Achtseweg Zuid.”
Can I combine my meeting with a VR experience?
Of course! That’s the great advantage of having a meeting at a VR Center. It’s a fun way to combine business with an enjoyable team-building activity.
